CHPW’s Medicare Advantage Dual Complete (HMO D-SNP) OTC benefit gives you extra cash each month to stretch your budget and your choices where it counts: for your medicine and wellness products.

That’s $50 every month on a prepaid debit card — a total of $600 each year — for over-the-counter (OTC) medicines and products to support your wellbeing.

What can I buy with this benefit?

CHPW’s Dual Complete $50 monthly OTC benefit can be used to purchase health-related over-the-counter items like medicine and wellness products.

This includes (but is not limited to):

• Nonprescription medicine: pain relievers, cough syrup, antacids
• Wellness items: sunscreen, toothpaste, vitamins
• Supplies: bandages, hand sanitizer, blood pressure monitor

How do I use my OTC benefit?

To activate your card, check your balance, find participating retailers and manage your OTC card details, visit the benefits center at: https://chpw.nationsbenefits.com/.

Purchases can be made in 2 ways:

1. 1. OTC Online: Visit your Benefits Pro Portal or use the Benefits Pro® App to order online.
   2. In-person at participating stores, including:
      
      • Walmart®
      • QFC (Quality Food Centers)®
      • Fred Meyer®
      • IGA®
      • Albertsons®
      • Haggen®
      • Safeway®
