All Plans Include a Fitness Program Benefit

Doctors say that you need at least 30 minutes of physical activity per day to stay healthy. Going to a gym is a great way to socialize and try out new exercises. With the Silver & Fit Program, you can stay active and healthy – at the gym or at home.

2020 Benefit

The fitness program includes personalized coaching by telephone and access to a mobile app with exercise videos. Members can also choose one the following:

  • Basic membership at a participating fitness center
  • Up to 2 home workout kits per year (options include a Fitbit)

The Silver& Fit program focuses on key aspects of senior health including:

  • Physical fitness
  • Healthy Nutrition
  • Social engagement
  • Sleep quality
  • Weight management
  • Stress management
  • Productive senior living

By choosing healthy habits and behaviors, seniors can live a productive and meaningful life. This program includes community social events, fitness tracking tools, digital and print education materials, senior-focused health coaching, up to two home workout kits per year and more.
