CHPW is excited to announce the following enhancements in our HealthMAPS portal beginning October 2025! You’ll be able to access your:
- Remittance Advices (RA)/Explanations of Payment (EOP);
- Claim rejection letters; and
- Other letters and correspondence generated from within the claims system. Correspondence generated from within the Jiva Care Management portal will not be available in HealthMAPS.
You’ll see an enhanced design overall in the portal and the Find A Doctor tool, with improved navigation and readability, and information displayed in clearer, simpler, more visually appealing ways. You’ll also have more options to personalize data and functions.
