HealthMAPS Portal Enhancements

CHPW is excited to announce the following enhancements in our HealthMAPS portal beginning October 2025! You’ll be able to access your:

  • Remittance Advices (RA)/Explanations of Payment (EOP);
  • Claim rejection letters; and
  • Other letters and correspondence generated from within the claims system. Correspondence generated from within the Jiva Care Management portal will not be available in HealthMAPS.

You’ll see an enhanced design overall in the portal and the Find A Doctor tool, with improved navigation and readability, and information displayed in clearer, simpler, more visually appealing ways. You’ll also have more options to personalize data and functions.

CHPW Virtual Care
What kind of care do you need? Not every medical issue needs emergency care. If you have a medical issue that doesn’t seem to be life-threatening, but you’re not sure what to do, see if your local Community Health Center clinic or primary care doctor offers virtual care. If they do, they will tell you how to set up your virtual care appointment.

If your provider doesn’t offer virtual care and you can’t make it to the clinic or doctor’s office, call CHPW’s Nurse Advice Line at 1-866-418-2920 (TTY: Dial 711). It’s available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
